Seat + engine mount issue?

First issue was my seat recently started creaking a lot out of no where when I move. Then i wd40d it and the creaking became one single cracking noise when moving. Is my seat knackered , or a bolt loose or?

Secondly. I believe this is the issue (because I've had these exact symptoms before and remember the fix) , a cracked bolt in one of my engine mounts. Causing lack of power and lots of noise + vibration like a spaceship taking off in car. Since it happened not that many miles ago, im wondering , is there an issue with my engine mounts perhaps ? Maybe they're old and need replacing. Or could it be a deeper issue ?

seat mounting in floor will be cracked --needs a welding job
like everything else engine mountings wear -fail --especially if you drive it like you stole it --
if its a 16v --best guess is mounting bolt on ecu side is snapped --cos it was not thread locked when mounting replaced--god luck getting it out of old mounting --then replace with better quality 12.9 cap screw

Hmm I see. It isn't a 16v. Hopefully it's simpler than that. Thanks for your input !

try putting jack -with block of wood --under sump +lift
if it lifts up at drivers side --then it is the problem --just happens more on 16v --but same fixing on 8v
