Think more like 'Do it properly' than 'save money', that way you save money by only doing it once.
Calibra injectors are EV1 style and probably would be physically too big anyway.
The MAP sensor isn't calibrated like that in the single plug (it's just a voltage, not converted to a pressure). There will be an output constant for the live data if you feel you NEED the live data for boost to be accurate but I spent a very long time looking for it and didn't find it. There are over half a million bits of data, 64,000 bytes, and it could be anywhere in that lot. Very few scan tools give live data beyond rpm anyway on these cars, unless you get a PSA-specific coding.
Three Plug ECUs do have MAP sensor calibration into actual pressure values, so you can have actual pressure on the live data stream. There are other things to trip you up in a three-plug though. Enjoy. :-)
