Need idea about fuel pump

   Hi everyone,
   
   I have saxo 1.4i sx.

   Recently, fuel pump has broken, and I bought a new one. and change the part only pump. But now fuel sign is not working.

   I dont know is this part broken or there is a plug to connect with fuel pump. maybe it is broken. What do you think ?

   It could be the fuel sender that's not working , or it could be you have not wired it up correctly, did the new pump look exactly like the old pump and does the float still move freely.

   I think I've a new fuel pump and a new sender in the garage if you're interested in taking them off my hands.

   Actually, Before change the pump. It was working correctly. But my idea is if fuel sender broken. I see the fuel sign stuck. I mean it stops and doesnt move.
   
   but now sign is first go up and down and again and. stops down.

   plug your old one in and see if the gauge goes up.
