somebody help me b4 I lose my mind

I have a 2003 vtr and I have never had this problem before owned the car for 11 years basically when I turn the engine off it sounds like the fuel rail is still priming that's the only way I can explain it I've replaced the fuel rail and coilpack (electrofill the good one) but the noise is still there every time I turn the engine off I hear the whirring electrical noise like a priming pump it's doing my head in can anybody shed any light on this for me ?????
