    im scrapping my old saxo 1.1,and i now have another one with very low milage,
    both the same year.my new one has only one key and my old one has two.
    instead of buying a new key,how easy is it to swap key barrels and the electrics.thanks anyone

    Very easy, but you'll need from the old car:

    ECU
    Immobiliser Unit
    Barrel
    Door Locks
    Petrol Cap Lock
    Boot Lock

    Is the Immobiliser Unit the thing that goes round the key barrel.

    no, that's just an aerial, immobiliser is a black box.
