Tappety Sound? Video attached

   Hi,
   
   Anybody know what this may be? I thought tappets but when you put the clutch in it disappears?

   I can't find a video it just looks like a photo to me.. but the clutch release bearings can make a noise that goes away when you press the clutch, you'd need to pull the gearbox and replace it to get rid of the noise if its that.

   100% that's the release bearing, and it's at the stage where it's about to go ping.
