issues find a plug

   So I am doing a engine conversation, all was going okay, but theres this sensor which I cannot find the plug for.
   
   
   
   I believe its the oil temp sensor, but there are no spare plugs, so either its missing or i have connected it somewhere else. Can some show me/tell me where the plug for this comes out of the loom, so i can go see if i can find it.

   If you don't have an oil temp gauge on the dash your loom won't have the connector anyway. The engine may have been from a car that had one, whereas yours may not.

   Do you have an oil temp guage? I thought it was only the gti/vts that do anyways

   I've put the vts clocks into the Rallye, so there should be a plug for the sensor

   Just fitting the clocks won't make the wiring just appear!

   Thanks for that informative reply! I thought if I fit them the wire would appear. The engine loom and interior loom cane from the same car, obviously not a Rallye.
   
   I only wanted to know where the plug for the sensor came out of the loom so I can check if it's there or not.

   My bad, or yours...? You didn't specify what engine or loom it had, or what the donor car was, so while my reply may have been flippant, it wasn't entirely invalid.
   
   Give the full details of exactly what you have and I may be able to help.
