No turn signals or flashers

hello everyone... I just joined this forum while searching online for wiring and service information on my '03 Saxo. I spend my summers in western Crete and it was cheaper to buy a good used Saxo four years ago than to rent a car each summer. It's paid for itself by now. 80k km on the clock, who knows if it's real. Half-shafts replaced last year when they got "clunky" and the a/c has to be recharged once a year, but it's been a useful little car.

But recently, both the turn signals and the hazard flashers stopped working suddenly. No green direction arrows light up on the instrument panel either.

I looked at the FAQ and fuses 4 and 6 (separate fuses for turn and for hazard) are intact. All the other lights including brake lights, instrument panel illumination work. Next thing to check is the flasher, I suppose...

I don't even know where the flasher is on this car... there are three relays under the dash just above the fuse box (orange, grey, blue). Is it one of those or did Citroen hide it somewhere else?

thanks for any help. Driving in Cretan traffic is scary enough with working turn signals!

Answering my own questions with more searching, different terms.

As I suspected since it only has three prongs, the flasher is the grey relay in the center of a row of three. I also found a thread from 2013 with the same problem, and the relay is the first suspect since both the hazards and the turn signals are simultaneously nonfunctional. Hope that's it and not the turn signal switch aka Stalk... will have to go to the shop for that one.

Update: I got a new flasher relay. Fixed
Still would like an electrical wiring diagram though...
