Tensioner setup and bolt missing?

   No adjuster i can see assuming it should be on that empty bracket? belt is slipping all I can do at the moment is slacken bottom and top nuts and pull alternator forward but not tight enough still slipping slightly.
   
   What do i need to tension it properly ?

   Got hold of one fitted all nicely tightened up.... it slipping less but still slips I will try changing the bracket tomorrow as i notice its slightly bent for some reason then I suppose next logical step crank pulley?
