Con rods - Washers?!

   My previous set of forged rods, which were possibly PEC branded had ARP rod bolts and ARP washers.
   
   The new ones I've just bought do not have washers. They are the same ARP bolts.
   
   WTF. Did/do you use them? The stock rods didn't use washers.
   Confusing the shi& out of me now. I've got to factor in the arp lube in the torque values, but nowhere does it say factor in using/not using washers.

   I'd never use PEC stuff so no idea on that, I'd heard there's lots of fake arp about too.
   
   my Robson rods came with ARP's and had no washers, I've never seen washers under rod bolts or nuts for a pug engine.
