Important! : idle problem

Hi guys!

I need some help. I have a fully reconditioned VTS 16V engine in my saxo race car which was running with a 8V VTR before. After the engine swap this is the current state: https://youtu.be/98OKy6IyyvM
Everything in the engine is factory component (cams, head etc.) and fully cleaned.
I bought a new MAP sensor, little improvement but almost the same. After a constant low rev pedal position it's the same so maybe not the idle engine.
Can somebody help me what can cause this?

Have you Cleaned the throttle? Maybe a icv needs changing? Any manifold leaks?
I'm not really sure with the twin cam cars but sounds like it's getting too much air to me!
