Important! : Saxo engine warning light on saying there is a misfire but there isint ?

   My Saxo 1.6 vtr has the engine light on I plugged it in earlier to clear the fault and it said engine misfire.. the engine is running perfect but the light came back on.. a few times it lost power like 2 or 3 times but I turned it on and off and it came back to normal.. any help appreciated as I don’t know what to look out for or replace...

   losing power was the misfire.
   
   check the wiring, look at the condition of the spark plugs, which cylinder was the misfire?

   Faulty Coil packs are common too of course.

   Check:
   
   Spark plugs
   
   moisture in between plugs and coilpack
   
   leads
   
   coilpack
