Ecu key and barrel

    Hi guys doing a conversion from 1.1 to vtr got everything apart from ecu ! can I run this vtr lump on my 1.1 ecu ? Or can get a key barrel and ecu out another vtr would this work or will it still lock the ecu ? Thanks in advance

    It will probably RUN, but it's very unlikely that it would run well.

    What type of ECU has your 1.1 got?

    It's the 3 plug one not sure what model , read I might need the immobilser box from same car as well or could just get it unlocked ?
