Clutches and biting point

  1. #1
Basically my clutch has THE worst biting point possible, i have to lift foot of floor to get it to bite.

I want it to bite as soon as possible when bringing it back in.

Just now it is the opposite of this.

    Any help appreciated, thanks

mines about three quarters of an inch from fully out.

My dad whos been driving for 43 years has trouble with it, occasionally stalling.

Can it be adjusted or what is my options???

    thanks

    yes you can ajust it

the adjusters on top of your gearbox theres a 13mm nut and a 10mm nut undo the 10mm nut as this is a locking nut then move the tighten the 13mm nut then keep checking to wear it feels right
then tighten the 10mm nut up again

I have bother with reverse at times, when it wont go in I either have to let the clutch out a tiny bit and then it'll go in or take it out of gear then let the clutch out and back in again before it'll go in. Its been like this since I got it two years ago is there any solution?

Yea my clutch is terrible, i gotta lift it about 3/4's from fully out before i can move and that means giving sum gas to stop the mistake of stalling
