What are these two connectors for? Saxo vts 16v phase 1

   What are these two connectors for? No one I speak to knows. Some car mechanic even thinks that it is to turn the car into an automatic. This car is a citroen saxo 16v phase 1 from 1996. It has airconditioning. Anyone got any clue? I can not seem to be able to connect it to anywhere nearby the connectors.
   
   When standing in front of the car, it is on the right side. Or on the side of the left front headlight.

   I'm really not sure about the grey connector. I don't think it's for automatic, the BVM 3 speed gearbox normally has it's own separate loom and ECU.
   
   Is the blue one perhaps for optional fog/spot lights? It's the right shape.
