Humming

    My mate has just got some new dimpled and grooved brakes. When he brakes you hear a humming noise from the discs. Does this noise stay there as the discs are grooved and dimpled or once they have worn down a little the noise goes? Any help anyone? Cheers

    i would think thats its cos there new, i would hope anyway wouldnt want a hummmin noise cummin from me breaks all the time

    It's more when he breaks harder not everytime otherwise that would annoy me too. haha. Just wondered once they were bedded in they would stop it?
