Hello can someone tell me would a vts head on a vtr do anythin?? would it fit??

If no any ideas on how to make a vtr faster cheap???

Yes its possiable but theres a lot of stuff that would need to be done to it for it to fit and work properly:

you also need some pullys off the vts block as the vtr is different, and also the vts has an oil return on the bottom end that comes from the vts, head, the vtr doesnt have this so they need re-routing or a hole drilled for the return.
all in all it would be cheaper getting a full vts lump, but if you can get one cheap with a ferked bottom end it might be worth doing it, ive done it for a mate but he was using forgies on a turbo so the compression didnt matter.
