Not really, they are about 1.5million quid each or something crazy. One would fit in the VTS though, cooling would be the issue
  22. #22
    what you do dave
  23. #23
I'm an IT homo at a well known F1 team (rather not say which as to it appearing on search engines etc)

il send a check of 3 million dollars

Wouldn't you rather just have a nice cap?

Engines are sold by the season load. Think $50 is the place to start negotiations

    Bet its Red Bull.

I used to be an account manager for PC World Business. It sucked, money was great though. Would have liked to do it with a better company. Which company do you work for?

    for the 47th time

You need to manufacture drive shafts, engine mounts, actually fit the damn thing in, make sure its cooled well, splice the looms together so it all works and then sort out all of the problems when its done. Unless you're mechanically savy its a load of cash
  40. #40
2k does NOT get a 2 litre conversion in a saxo
  41. #41
2k would be pushing it if you did all the work yourself
  42. #42
and thentheres the gear box, you would need to use a BE box unless you can get a bellhousing made to fit the MA box on.

You couldn't use the MA box really. The Be is such a nice box though, much better than the MgAy and it doesn't blow up if you give it too much torque
  44. #44
take it i will have to put a vts lump in then.with cams and chip what wil the be pushing owt
  45. #45
depends what cams, exhaust and inlet you using. and not a chip. get it mapped properly.
  46. #46
    VTS all the way!
