gmc 4-1, vtr needs the 4-1 rather than a 4-2-1 as it does ok for low down grunt but struggles top end. 4-1 improves mid and top end.

raceland 4-2-1 is very highly spoken off.

    Whats the difference between a Raceland 4-2-1 and a Pro-tech 4-2-1 Manifold??

no idea mate. but i can say the raceland one is very lightweight and a quality piece.

yes u will need a lamba sleeve if you buy the GMC 4-1 manifold but they only cost about £12. dont be put off by this, GMC are the best if you want a good manifold
