The best kit styles for a Saxo.. No more pissing around :P

  1. #1
I know I have posted a few topics now on bodykits and I've had some great feed-back.. it's now time to make a bloody decision.. no more pissing around..

What do you reckon I should get?

    1) Front Bumper?

    2) Side skirts?

    3) Rear bumper?

    4) Spoiler?

I like the dimma rear bumper and the CCM sideskirts, god knows what i'm going to do with the front, nothing too meshy though..

Any help in any way will be appreciated.. Just give me loads of ideas

    Thanks in advance,
    Danny Boy!

whatever you do, make sure you get stuff that matches. the worst thing is when cars just have all sorts of different kits stuck on them so nothing flows and it looks shit. personally i like simple and smooth kits. the dimma kit is pretty nice, i dont like the dimma sideskirts though but thats just my opinion
  3. #3
Yeah i agree with you there about being smooth, having things that go well with eachother, i want to get it all right because i'm not going to spend my money on something that's mad and over the top..
  4. #4
how about smoothing the whole vt* kit?
  5. #5
dimma kit is best imo... then wings west. everything else i wouldnt touch. some splitters look nice aswell.

not like the wings west kit?
  6. #6
I had the wings west kit on order about 3 weeks ago..
    But decided against it..

personally i think it looks crap. its too busy and got to many sticky out bits. i know you werent asking my opinion but never mind
  10. #10
It has a middle spoiler which nobody seem to like, i thought that looked good..

The wings west kit doesnt look good with a duplex though.. too many outcoming slits in the bottom..
  11. #11
I like the demon kit aswell.. there's too many to choose from
  12. #12
IMO there are only two kits for the saxo worht having, the VT kit and the Dimma. Go for the Dimma mate imo
  13. #13
the dimma does look amazin, you will be hard pushed to find a kit that suits the saxo's lines better than it does imo
  14. #14
I have the demon kit on my other saxo

its a real nice kit and its pretty cheap aswell.
  15. #15
So its really dimma or demon really..

Do you reckon it would still look good if i had the CCM sideskirts with the dimma front and rear bumpers?
  16. #16
I've got the dimma back and CCM skirts, just buy my car!
  17. #17
    IMO

Im saving up for this kit for my Phase2 VTS.
The Graphics and Colours shown in the below pic's is abit OTT but Ive seen the White which is a VTS Turbo in the flesh at Trax an think the bumpers flow nicely with the Saxos lines but wen I Fitted the RS-R spoiler shown on the white car some of the people here didnt seem to like the overall look but Ive seen the Demon kit on a few Saxos and fancy'd something abit different.

    Front

    Back

That kit looks really nice VTS_16V_Boy..
Do you know what it's called?
  20. #20
The Kit is Citunings Saxo 'S3' Kit
Front Bumper £255 or £335 with a splitter which is hard to see in that pic
    Side Skirts £175
Rear Bumper £245 or £265 which allows for a centre exit exhaust

Spoiler on the Red & White car is Maxi Series2 Spoiler £155
Spoiler on the White car is RS-R Spoiler £125 but was on sale for £90 when I bought it

All parts as well as Exhausts to fit the rear bumper Dual Exit, Quad Exit and Centre Exit are on their website:

thats a good way to make friends on here.
no wonder you have no rep

anyway i think the road rage kits are ugly as fuck.
  23. #23
The road rage kits a pish IMO. The just look like cheap imitations of the CCM kit that have been put in the microwave.
  24. #24
i would make your new saxo the same as your old... or almost.... personally i think your old 1 in the your pic looks the dogs bits
  25. #25

The only bodywork i done to my car was really the front bumper and the spolier, and that front bumper only fit the mk1 saxo, im sure I could get it again for the mk2 but i dont want the same, i want something different

But thanks for the kind comment :Y:
  27. #27
I would go for a full dimma kit, or none atall.
  28. #28
Has anyone got a Saxo with the demon rear on it?

Just looking at this today and thought it looked similar to the dimma rear..

    Thanks
  29. #29
yeah they do look a tiny bit similar I guess
  30. #30
Any closer to getting the dimma matey?
  31. #31
Im thinking of just going for Dimma Spoiler and rear bumper not really keen on the sideskirts and i have plans for my bumper
  32. #32
The back looks better than the front to me aswell..
Not too keen on the spotlight fogs..

Good luck with the hunting mate
