help with ecu when unlocked

   Right people,when you get an unlocked ecu back do you remove the transponder or anything before tryin to start it up.someone was sayin that it relocked the ecu immobilizer if you did not remove the transponder or somet?

   It can, hence my car still being in Germany. Benders
   
   Take out the transponder and it should be fine

   so just take out transponder and it wont relock itself when the ingnition is tried? other people must have done this 2?

   yup, justt take the transponder out

   well ive got a vts ecu and i need it prgramed to my vtr key its costing me 130 with an extra key which is ok i suppose
