cold motor

   ok sometimes in the morning if the car is cold its only firing on 3 cylinders just wondering if its a common fault or not? once i get going and it warms up its fine and for the rest of the day. plus it doesnt happen every morning. i should really get it looked at but havent hehe

   could be coil pack or a sensor

   was going to suggest a coil pack, that would be the first place i would check!!

   how old is the car and how many miles has it done?

   yes just 3 bolts and a plug or two
   
   it might not be that so i wouldnt go changing that before you get it looked at
