Bumper help?

   i got a new exhaust system, and i got to cut out abit of the bumper for it to fit nicely, whats the best way of doing this?

   will i have to spray that bit up afterwards?? or just rub it down with some kind of fine sandpaper?

   yeh jigsaw then sand down and you shouldn't have to spray it if it's done well
