is it worth getting alloys after ive just passed as they might get fucked up. I f did would it be worth getting not such great ones for like £300 so it doesn't matter as much ?!?!?!?!?!?

Wait untill you get a bit better at driving, parking etc i used to curb my alloys on a daily basis when i passed! (still do sometimes) lol

your insurance company may bum you on declaring the alloys if you've only just passed. Personally I'd check with the insurance first to see how much they will charge - haggle a bit if you can. Then whack them on... if you treasure your alloys then you are likely to be a little more responsible as a driver - maybe.

I got them straight away after I passed my test and curbed both front wheels withen the first week of putting them on. Haven't curbed them since (8 months?) so I'm getting them restored. costing me a bomb though.

...or you could bin them within the first week then lol

Yer I tend to agree with all of the above save your money for at least 3months and then see how you feel from there. either save the money or spend it on some ice or a back box & Induction kit for the time being.

I curbed my alloys quite abit wen I 1st pasted my test like everyone does. 12" Chrome Wolfrace slot-mags on mk1 Fiesta :-) big up the old skool

if you want them best to get a cheap set first as allmost every one kirbs wheels after passing there test. once you been on the road abit thn spend more money on a decent set

£300 would get you a very very nice set of wheels, you could spend £80 on here and pick up some

ask insurance if putting alloys on will affect your insurance and how much and take it from there as said i would buy some but after a month or so put them on after you got use to driving without curbing the wheels
