   Speed is a question of how much money have you got.
   
   £30-£40 - Will get you a Replacement Panel Filter Good if your keen on keepin the oringal look to the car, won't see a much of a gain in performance here.
   
   £50-£100 - Will see you sportin a open Cone filter Induction kit, Brands like K&N, Pipercross and Green will be higher up the price bracket, expect to see a improvement in the way the car will rev due to better breatherin.
   
   £100- £200+ - Now where talkin, enclosed induction kits or Ram Air Kits which are enclosed filters with cold air being forced onto them by a cold air feed from the front of the car. Look for names like BMC or Green here.
   
   Before you choose a kit and part with your cash, take a look on eBay put in 'saxo induction' & '106 induction' as the GTi & VTS are the same thing.

    not entirely true, the kits that bolt to the slam panel are different as the 106 and saxo have different slam panel.
