#3i ended up taking out the centre console and putting my old one back in, took 10 minutes, spent like 30 mins farting around to get it out
-
#4I remember stabbing mine with a bit of coat hanger.
-
#5any piece of wire small enough to get in the holes should do the trick!

#7We just had some woman come into the shop basically crying that her head unit had got stuck and it was jammed in, so i went out there and simply got a flat head screwdriver and wedged it out
-
#8I used two hair pins things to pull it out, just stick them on the end holes, and once you hear the click, you pull it out, take the wires off and done. You might need a harness adapter too to make sure your new unit connects with the cars wiring loom
-
#9heh I went to halfords and they give me the pins to use, popped it out in the carpark and give them the pins back
-
#10buy the proper pins otherwise you'll end up bending the hooks that the pins use to pull it out, then you'll have to go at it with a blunt knife or flat headed screwdriver.
