   as in simo's guide to removin door pins..how would u get the desired affect of it smoothed?

   You could get a re-trim in fabric or leather to go over the door pin holes, (that's how i'm doing mine anyways) other than that you will have to fill it with fibreglass etc

   or if ou work for a certain car manufacturer you can 'Borrow ' some stickers with the same grain as on the doors.

   no no no no, if u want it to look like simos pics smoothed over the same effect as the rest of the door card do what i did.
   First off remove the door pins,second of all get some gromits 9mm i think it was from halfords like 1.50 or summit not expencive at all, put them in the hole but push them down a bit.
   THEN... and this is where it gets good...
   Buy some component speakers, and when u cut the hole out for your tweeters,with the bit youve removed from the door card, cut a bit off of it to the same shape, and glue over the hole ontop of the gromit youve put in already.

    you can get it done professionally for a few quid. i dont know of anywhere that does it though.
