Lowering my vtr

   how do i have to go aboput lowering my vtr. i want to lower it by 40mm but dont know what to get. should i get lowering springs then get the torsion bar adjusted to match. how much do you think this will cost?

   Depends if its for looks, performance?
   
   If your near Midlands or willing to travel I have a friend in Stafford who is very good he will lower the entire car for £120-130 including fitting of any kit you buy.
