help with manifolds

   my mate has a mk2 vtr with paper oil filter and was wondering if anybody knew of a 421 manifold to fit?
   the milltek one he had set fire to it so help would be much appreciated.

   Ive always heard good things about Supersprint manifolds. Or possibly a GMC one? (think they are the same actually)

   alreet! a work for a company called advanced automotive systems, (A.A.S) in newcastle! we custom make manifolds and systems. a custom set of headers would be best but may be not the cheapest! try G.M.C motorsport m8! or if hes feelin flush tell him to get one made! a could get some prices for you if your interested!
