   hey guys,
   
   i mite be buying a 1.1 as it will be cheaper to run than my old 1.4(RIP) which i crashed stupidly. I still have the arches etc. all except for the front bumper. Now heres my question.
   
   Is it possible to use the arches from my old silver saxo, to make the lower half of a 1.1 silver? Or would i have to get the bits under the bump strips sprayed? I cant seem to figure it out in my head how they fit on to a 1.1 to make it look like a VTR or VTS.
   
   Final thing. Will the arches, bumpers, etc. fit a 1999 east coast saxo?

   you would be able to fit the kit from your 1.4 but its not a straight fit. you will either need to get a bodyshop to do it or do it D.I.Y styleeee. the bumpers will be a straight swap but the arches and sideskirts will need to be custom fitted

   i just need to get the arches cut flat on the car. Then tigerseal the silver arches onto the car?
   
   about my main question though. If i do a body swap. Is it possible to use the lower part of the front doors. I want to make all the bottom of the car silver without having to spray anything.

   you will nee vt front bumper, vt rear bumper, vt arches and vt door panels other wise it will look stupid

   ive got all the parts except the front bumper from my west coast saxo in silver.
   
   was thinking about buying a blue saxo, dont know what it would look like though.

   does anyone know how to photshop silver onto a blue car. Cant figure out how to get a nice silver colour. I want to see what it would look like on afew different coloured saxo's as its going to be a pain finding a silver saxo now im looking for one.
