    i have a 4 door 1.1 saxo. i am looking at getting 15" alloys i was wondering about low profile tires. can u make 15's look low profile and is it expensive.
    also i was wondering about dropping the car the suspension is woefull how low could i get it with the 15's.
    does it matter that all the cars in the gallery are 2 door and last but not least what about rear arches or can i forget that with a 4 door

    Hey man,

    does worry about being new... we've gotta start somewhere

    Unlike the base model 3 doors, the 5 doors came accomodate 15's without any arch work being done - which is a good thing.

    With profile the 'going' rate is a tyre size of 195/45/R15. you might be able to put 50 profile tyres on but I haven't tried so cant be 100% sure...
    I'm convinced the 5 doors can take a bigger alloys but any bigger than 15 would look daft.

    with lowering... I cant be bothered to lower mine although if i would it would be a 40mm drop. PM 'donna' she has a 5 door with (i think) 15's and is lowered. She will be able to help you further :Y:

    you can have 50 profile but looks alot better with 45's imo

    yeh want 2 get car lowered and maybe exhaust and some engine mods make it a bit quicker and sound better
