dont know if this is a common fault, in saxo's but heard on the forums talkin about it the other day, my fan has to be cranked up to the full settings for any warm air to come out, any one else have this probs or a possible resolution.

goes your fan work or is there just heat coming out when the engines hot?

it defo works on full settin blower thing lol, but on the others its just hot, weather this is the engine or hot air attempting to come through is another question mate

i have not had this problem, check behind the switchs as one of the links could have come off so it feels like your switching it to hot but its not. if thats ok then check the pipes that lead from your engine bay to the interior, put you hand on it and see if its hot (when the cars warm obviously) if its hot it mena there is hot water getting to the heater matrix so there migh be a problem with the heater matrix putting the heat to teh air, if its col there may be a problem with a blockage or somethign from the engine.

i think my fan did thid when it was fucked, was a ball ache of a job to change
