Centre console removal problems

   if anyone has used the how to guide they will realise it is quite tricky getting the centre console off, as of yet
   ive removed:
   the cd player
   
   the heat light lead
   
   fan power lead
   
   the buttons are all off
   
   removed the heat sliders as well
   
   having a few problems getting the main fan off in the centre console, and also the ciggy lighter lead i cant get off do i NEED to remove the ash tray ?
   
   need help!

   update, its now just the top fan that is keeping the face in

   just give it a tug, but you have to pull it up aswell as out, as the shape of the ashtray pertrudes downwards...
   
   The top heater vents will disconnect simply when giving it a tug...

   there is 2 screws behind the end fake buttons you need to unscrew, i don't recall them being mentioned when i did mine
