Drums to Disks (3-4 stud conversion related)

  1. #1
As some of you are aware im looking to convert my 3 stud Saxo to 4 stud. Im aware that i need to get hold of a complete rear axle to swap from the drums to disks which is no problem atall.

The question really is that some come with ABS sensors etc, my car doesnt have ABS as standard, does this matter i.e can i ignor the sensors and fit it anyway, or can i easily link these up so i have ABS?? Or is it best to get an axle without it?

im almost certain you can just ignor the sensors. i dont think you would just be able to connect them up and have ABS just like that. its more complitcated than that.

just ignore the sensors... unless you want to fit the abs pump, driveshafts, distribution block and a shed load of electrics.

No ABS if for the real hardocre anyhow
