squeeky brakes

    right iv had new discs and pads on the front with over 350mile on them they are fine, but when i first drive me after after its been left for over 5hours it squeeks when braking for the first 10minutes then its fine, also when i first set off iwas doing 10mph and kept on accel while lightly pressing brake (only for a second) and felt the rear seem to vibrate, do you rekon this is a seized caliper, got front and rear discs
