Cant really help you mate but I do feel I have the same issues as yourself (car being very lumpy)
First gear can be horrible, car isnt smooth at all. Its not misfiring but almost feels as if it is.
Ive had mine serviced lately so all new plugs so wondering if a new coilpack is needed.

Give it a service and see how you go from there.

my car spits all the time so its throwing out alot of unburnt fuel... Even when im driving normally and no raging it i dont get very good mpg,

Get Bosch ones. As Citroen recommend them. I ran NGKs in mine for a bit and it misfired alot.

    Bosch FR6KDC.

I got the Super 4 ones in now but cannot remember the code of by heart.
