VTR Magnex Question

   friend has offered to sell me his
   s/s Magnex centre section and s/s Magnex Backbox
   He had it fitted to his W reg VTR ( cat under car )
   
   will this fit a 2001 VTS ( cat under car )

   think the vts cat is a bit longer so probly with a VTS decat pipe i maybe wrong tho
