Rear Engine mount

Afternoon all!!

My MK1 VTR has started making thudding noises under the gearbox in certain gears and it seems to me the Rear engine mount is very Worn! - knowing this ive purchased a new one... However as it may seem simple to change, im a bit sceptical on how to do so... Is there any chance anybody to give me a rundown on what to do on it? I know i require a vice to pressure it back in.. is it just a case of undoing a few 10mm nuts...?

jack up you car, undo the nuts holding the mount into place you will see them theres to on the boxa and 1 to the car,
remove it, get a hammer bar and a vice, smack the old mount out of the case, and discard it

Get your new mount and line it up with the caseing as it has to be pressed in place inside the housing, put it in the vice so its lined up, tighten vice thus pressingf the rubber bush into place and then refit it,

if you have bought 1 with the bush already fitted into the housing then its even easier i changed mine in the dark its that easy
