What kind of price am I looking at to replace my rear brake cylinders as they are both shagged according to MOT Tester...will have closer inspection tonight

first of all make sure they are shagged, easy enough to tell, they'll be leaking brake fluid. i suspect the rear brakes may just need adjusting and he's trying to have your pants down. in case my scepticism is unjustified though, www.eurocarparts.com - from £15 per wheel up to £30 per wheel.

had same problem on my 1.1. there was no leaking, whole system looked as new. left rear braked 50% off.afther changing booth cylinders problem was fixed.thing is you MUST change booth. original bosh cylinders are round 120, or you can use substitutes (lockhead-still good choise-round 80)

120 for brake cylinders?!?!? did you get lube thrown in with that?
