They have really messed me about lol! i took the car in monday to get the ecu unlocked! They kept stalling and messing me about! i keep calling them and they say errr we can't get hold of pugeut for the code! then after i kept pestering them! "oh puguet wont give us the code because it's a keypad car" i said no it bloody aint and they got the code within the nxt 5mins of them! lmao anyway they uncoded the ecu and the car sparks but doesn't inject aparently! what aload of bollox!!

tbh mate the 2 Citroen dealers near myself were both pretty shitty service. No customer service or understanding.
I started to take my old VTR to a citroen/peugeot dealer much better service (still crappy prices though lol)

Count yourself lucky if you get your car back in the the condition you send it in. mine went in to citroen and came back with a missing cd player and a hole in the door when it was a few months old but evidentally i brought them my car in this state! after nearly driving my car through the show house window they took blame and replaced my cd player and repaired my door. very anoying experience!

Theres a citroen garage in Woking near where my dad works and they are fine with him. They have good customer service and they always tell him the right things to go about stuff. Charged him £3 for a new ariel bit aswell which i think is quite good value

seems most of the citroen dealers are the same the one in carlilse is pretty poor the guys in the parts depeartment dont really give a shit i've ordered parts from there and been given things for mk 2 vtr's or when i've ordered bits for the engine and told them its a vts engine they've sent me bits for a vtr and i once got sent bits off a furio!!

as for the mechanics i took my car in back when i had a vtr engine they wouldnt touch it because it was cammed they are a bunch of monkeys

i started going ot the local pug garage intsead the service is spot on they arent full of shit and i get the right parts the first time

most garages dont take liability for your car left @ owners risk

for example you leave your cr there and it gets broken into they dont have to pay for it by law as some where there is probally a sign saying vehicle and its content left @ owners risk. i know its shit isnt it.

expect them to at least lock it up some were than to leave it out over night, the may aswell just leave the keys in it while there at it

luckily my cousin is a manager for a shit load of honda garages so if i need anything doing id just give him a ring and hed sort it out for me. Hes mostly the manager for stockport i think, im not too sure.

i had some discount for 53p on a clutch bearin,and he was very nice about it but went bk for a antiroll bar rod and......nothing but they sent me next door to the pug garage and even phoned up b4 to check if it was in stock....TOO nice of them i thought
