how long are you keeping it?
personelly i would do everything while im at it: head gasket, idler pulley, tensioner pulley, water pump and camshaft oil seals.
will cost you a bit though.

cambelt for citroen is £38, they suggest you replace the tesioner and idler which are £61 but you dont ave to do them its more for peice of mind and overcaushoness. again while its all off you can replace the water pump. but i wont suggest touching the head gaskette as williamsvts suggested unles something is wrong with it "if it ent broke dont fix it". if you want i can send you the tigtning torques and a guide to show u how to do the vts cambelt urself its easy enough

i'd always fit a cambelt kit with all the idlers and pulley's etc instead of just the belt.

yes just them, im sure you suppose to change the tensioner when you change the belt on the 16v + I know some one who has the same engine and he changed the belt left the same tensioner in and drove the car for a week or so and the tensioner gave way and now he has to replace the valves and that.
