Exhaust centre pipe!

   Hi all! I want to take off the centre silencer off my exhaust! I was thinking about cutting the box off and welding a straight pipe to the exhaust! Before i do this, is there any chance you can buy a centre pipe without the silencer? And if you can, roughly how much are they?

   thats what i did mate choped out the silencer box and welded in a bit of exhaust pipe, sounds alot nice and a bit more poke. took me bout an hour n half to do on me own well worth it.

   ill be putting a supersprint on mine next weekend, ive got a magnex back box so ill let you know what its like.

   i got a supersprint on mine. very very imperessed with the sound and equally imperessed with the gains! really noticable!

   I took mine down to 4extreme in essex and said 'dont want that midbox any more mate, can you stick a bit of pipe in it's place?'
   
   50 quid later mid box gone, shiney pipe in it's place..... big big smiles from me, pop pop crackle crackle!!!!!!

    Ive used 4extreme about 4-5 times now, he's a really nice bloke and his work is top notch! Id recommend anyone in the Essex area to try him 1st.

    Well ive fitted my supersprint centre pipe to my magnex back box, and i must say its made it a little louder but not that much, not really given it a good drive yet though!!!

    You gonna post a vid of it mate, just to give me an idea of what it sounds like? Also do you think mine might a bit louder as i have a magnex cat-back system?

    Magnex arent the loudest of exhaust, but if you have say a less baffled box then lossing the centre box will make the note quite a bit louder.
    
    Plus if you have a 4branch manifold you should get abit more popin and fartin :-) if you like that kinda thing (I do) thats why Im moving to a straight through design with a small custom can after christmas

    squills ive seen the vid of your exhaust and thats very loud for a magnex cat back system, i would say its louder than mine with out the centre silencer.
