40mm all round

   Ok, so now i want to finally lower my car, 40mm all-round seems tasty and not too ott.
   
   Been looking around at different kits and threads trying to work out what i need.

   This kit, £44, why so cheap!? are only the front springs provided?

   Do i need other things apart from springs?
   If this kit is only for the front of the car, do i also need the same type of spring for the rear?, or is that a torson bar? or somit .

   Why such a price difference? is the 2nd replacing the entire suspension rather than just the springs?

   question 1. Yes only the springs are included in this
   
   question 2. Yes that is all you need, you don't have to but its advised you also upgrade your shocks/dampers, the rear is on a torsion bar and is lowred like this CLICK ME
   
   question 3. yes the second kit would be ideal as it replaces the whole lot as you quite rightly said chap

   Oh ok, so the rear suspension (torsion bar) can be lowered without any new parts?

   yeah the rear is adjusted with out needing any new parts mate, if your doing it your self then spray a load of relese spray on the suspension parts as the rears can be a bitch where there seised in.

   yeah the rear car be lowered without any aftermarke parts, although it is advised to upgrade the dampers as i suggested earlier mate!

    those are cheap springs .. might use the same technique as used by the F1 / WRC teams but those teams use predominantly Eibach AFAIK.
