    that site is really helpful, and easy to understand mate! you may com accross the problem of the torsion bar being siezed, if it is, this will make life a bitch for you, but plaenty of WD40 and Coca Cola on it should free it up enough to get the job done!

    heat it up with a blowtorch, get a big bar and a lump hammer few hits and its free if its ceased and coke and wd40 wont work

    theres 1 on badgersort too and 1 for a 206 nockin about but its all the same principle
