magnex v scorpian

   i know everyone loves magnexs but are scorpians pretty simalar in terms of noise, performance etc. can someone give me some pros and cons for both please. cheers
   
   and shoe me some pics of them on ure cars plz1

   Generally the Magnex system will be a little bit quiter in the lower rev range but will get louder as you move higher in to the rev range.
   
   The scorpion will be a bit louder all the way through the whole rev range than the magnex.
   
   As for performance, I doubt that there would be anything in it to be honest, personal prefrence more than anything. Tail pipes are simalar too.
   
   Check around and see which you can get the best price for :-)

   As said scorpions are louder ive had both on a different car and the scorpion was alot loauder other than that there was no difference i perfer the Magnex tho as i drive on motorway alot and its not to load and not to quite.

   I got a magnex on mine and its a little quite on tickover but nice and noisy when you open it up, but im going to take off the middle box which should make a bit louder again!

   ive heard magnex are a bit of a bollox to fit as you have to cut the middle pipe?? but scorpions are a direct fit?

   Scorpions are in two bits like the standard exhaust, so you can interchange them better if you like. And are direct fit.
   
   Scorpions look nicer IMO and sound awesome de-catted, as do Magnexes.
   
   Both will give similar gains. I think the top 3 in exhausts are Scorpion, Piper and Supersprint.

   iv had a magnex and a scorpion and generally prefer the scorpion because it was easier to fit and gives a much nicer tone when you open it up,magnex i found was a little dull.

   I've always heard that magnex are the best you can get but i may be wrong, just wanted to try and be funny really lol

   i like scorpion, maybe its me but everytime i see a 4" single exit on a VT made by magnex, it looks a little lop-sided.
