Rattling Noise...

   Hi there, theres a weird rattling noise constantly coming from the rear left of my car sounds like its something to do with the suspension, because when i hit a pothole it seems to become slightly louder then go back to the normal rattle, any ideas what it could be, I have had the torsion bar lowered plus shocks fitted, also for the first five minutes of my drive today i could hear the front squeaking of some sort when i braked and when i went over a hump.
   
   The suspension is freaking me out abit, if anyone knows what could be wrong, would be great thanks.

   ARB plate bolt has more than likely come loose

   Hey this sounds like what i got but my 106 is standerd not been lowerd.. let me know if you sort it out mate.i no what you mean by freaking you out . does me thinking it could give way

   Ive got exactly same problem aprt frm the squeaking. Is it like a really tinny rattle noise? Its coming from the rear left of mine, its no exhuast, had it changed, Its not the heat shield cos there like an aliminium tin foil on the VTR. I rly need to know what it is cos its very annoying and embarrasing. Any1 any ideas?
