sorry guys if this has been asked alot

i have a knocking/pattering noise from the front of my car when going over bumpy roads etc.

I have also had 4 new tyre fitted (dunlop sp01) and have a judder/vibration that becomes worse over 60mph. I have taken the car back twice and had the wheel balance rechecked and they are spot on so i am wondering if this is linked with the first problem i have.

My guess would be wishbones or anti-roll bar bushes allthough they all apear to look fine.

    any ideas?

thanks bud for that, i only hope its that first one with the loose mounting nuts on the wishbones.

what causes these to work loose then? seems odd if its such a common problem that they havent come up with a way around it yet, or have they?

does this also link to the problem i have with the shake at above 60 mph?

well i have tightend the wishbone nuts in the floor, just how tight should i do these? I mean iwas able to give them a few turns with an 18" breaker bar but was worried about snapping them.

    how tight is tight?

same for the 13mm strut mounting bolts inn the engine bay, was able to give them a few turns and could do more but worried about snapping them again.

if it still nocks it will be the bush's that them bolts are for on the wishbone

what torque setting should the wishbone bolts be set to, also the 13mm strut bolts in the engine bay what setting should these be done up to?

if i do need bushes what exactly are they and would i be better to just replace the complete wishbone? does it come with the bushes in question?
