are they? like i said i dotn have a clue on brakes
    What about Brembos
  16. #16
yes they are. they are only a brake conversion. they have bigger discs but dont come with bigger calipers, just spacers to use your existing calipers, same as the brembo big brake conversion.
you wanna be getting a gti conversion (from williams) or some second hand hispec 4 pots.

Hi spec or Willwoods. Hi specs require 3mm spacers though, but I think they're worth the extra, bite on mine is amazing

Ive pm'd Williamsvts to see what hes got for sale

I have some WP Pro 6 pots from Cituning and they are amazing! I would avoid the big brake upgrade though as Bullit said they are just bigger discs. You will get slightly better stopping power as the pads grip further away from the centre of rotation ( a bit like trying to push a door open from the hinge side, it's more difficult because it's closer the centre)

I think for the money you can't go wrong with the Wilwood upgrade. Although you can get some decent non drilled/grooved discs and Mintex pads at a decent price from pugsport and they are significantly better than the standard set up.
