#2You can check in their catalog if they are ok for your model. Don't expect much gains. Air filter, exhaust manifold, camshafts, remap = around 20 HP. The most expensive 20 HP

#3The most expensive 20 HP
how else are you going to get 20hp? -
#4ive got everythin needed upto cams, so cam is my next step. on the kent cam site ther is pt30 for 1.4 and 1.6 vtr , but all the specs listed on the cam look exact same so i take it its the same cam for both engines? i no its not a total wild cam but i got it for much less than i would geting new one as im not spending loads more on a vtr engine

#5yeah i think there the same 1.4's and vtr's think its bototm, end thats the main difference, just make sure its the same type of cam (ie roller or non roller)
-
#7my car has seen 27bhp increase with breather mods and cams this is on a 90bhp model so i think thats pretty good cost just over a grand aswell

#827 hp on the wheels? Did you test it on the dyno?

#9im pretty sure its the roller type and thats what i need but any way of double checking that?
