MK2 registerd after september 2000 are 98bhp and have cat in manifold so since his list containes a 4-2-1 then that would mean decat too, just a bit of info for you.

Wouldnt expect much as there noyl breathing mods probs 10bhp (at most!!!)

Would the viper or bmc or green enclosed add more than the panel filter??

my mk 1 vtr (90bnp silvertop) had a supersprint manifold, magnex full system and decat and a green enclosed filter when i got it rolling roaded a couple of years back it made 103bhp.then i put a kent cam and pulley on it and it was quicker than a standard vts but i never got it rolling roaded with the cam. then came a 35bhp shot of nos, that was wkd.

go for the green enclosed, they are by far the best out of them all in my opinion, way better than a panel filter.

The panel filter will hardly do anything tbh

The biggest gain will probably be the exhaust system as the VTR exhaust system is very restrictive, so you might see 10bhp, maybe less
